WOOP stands for ‘WOmen of OPinion’. That is, women who have an opinion and like to share it with brands, companies, friends, and colleagues.

WOOP connects Women of Opinion like you with Brands. We make this connection more fun, more rewarding, and more fulfilling for you compared to going to a Brand’s website or their Facebook page.
Q: How does WOOP work?
It is a simple 4 step process
GET INVITED: You get invited to try and learn about new products and services, based on your profile and interests.
DO FUN INTERACTIONS: You share your honest opinion with us and also friends via byte sized interactions called “missions”. You get points for doing missions.
GET REWARDED: You redeem your points for rewards.
BE FAMOUS: Top WOOPers also might get featured in ads, Facebook posts, videos, and get invited to exclusive brand events to meet celebrities, etc.
Q: Why Should I join WOOP?
By doing missions on WOOP, not only can you have fun and learn some useful info, but also win rewards for yourself and have a chance to become famous.
Q: Is WOOP more suited for a certain kind of person?
WOOP is perfect for those that love to try new products & services, love getting hacks, insider info, and offers and who enjoy sharing their opinions with friends.
Q: Why do Brands partner with WOOP? What do they get?
Brands are always looking for insights, ideas, reviews and feedback to improve their products and services. They also want genuine people like you to talk to their friends about them. WOOP makes it easy and efficient for brands to make this connection.
Q: Who can become a WOOP member?
Any woman citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia who is 18 years old and above, with a verified Malaysian mobile phone number can sign up on WOOP.
B. About Journeys & Missions
Q: What are Missions?
Missions are simple and fun activities. They can be surveys, quizzes, product reviews, Facebook sharing, photo upload, video testimonials, store visits, and more.
Q: What is a Journey?
A Journey contains Missions related to a particular campaign/brand. You can see all the journeys that are available to you on the homepage after you log in.
Q: How many Journeys will I be a part of?
New Journeys are available when brands and companies decide to work with the WOOP community. At times there might not be any journeys and at times there might be many journeys available.
Q: How will I be informed of new available journeys?
If your profile matches with the brand’s target audience, we will invite you to new Journeys via your WOOP registered email address. So watch out for emails from WOOP. We may also post announcements on our Facebook page from time to time, so if you haven’t yet, give WOOP.my a “Like” on Facebook.
Q: Do I need to do all missions?
There is no pressure to do all missions. However the more missions you do, the more things you will learn about the product and also earn more points and rewards. Some campaigns on WOOP may require you to complete a certain number of missions to qualify your participation.
Q: How many times can I do a mission?
Most missions can only be done once. However, if a mission can be done more than once it will clearly be mentioned in the missions.
Q: What If I want to do missions on a Brand I use/love, which is not currently on WOOP?
If there is a certain brand you would love to connect with, please write to us. We will get in touch with the brand and let it know that consumers like yourselves are looking to share their opinions.
C. Your Points & Rewards
Q: How do I get points for Missions?
On completing a mission, you will see a message confirming that your response has been received. For some missions, you will be awarded your points immediately. For other missions, your response will need to be verified before you get the points. You will receive a notification when your response is approved.
Q: Besides doing Missions, how else can I earn points?
You can refer friends to join WOOP by using the “Invite Friends” button on the homepage. When a friend joins using your invite link and does the required number of missions, you get an additional 50 points for every friend.
Q: Do I get points only if I give positive opinion about the products and services?
We reward you for sharing your honest opinion regardless if it’s good or bad. So whether you love the product you tried through WOOP, or think it can be improved further, as long as you’re sharing your honest opinion, you will get points.
Q: How do I keep track of my points?
You can track your points history via the ‘Points’ tab on your homepage.
Q: What can I do with the points I earn on WOOP?
WOOP points can be redeemed by you for rewards like Lazada, Grab coupons, or samples from brands.
Q: How do I know which rewards are available?
You can see the rewards available on the “Rewards” page. The quantity of rewards, number of points required, and other criteria required for redeeming the reward is clearly mentioned against each reward.
Q: How do I receive and track the rewards I have redeemed?
Physical rewards will be couriered to you and virtual rewards like e-coupons will be sent to you via email. Your reward redemptions can also be seen on your “Redemptions” page.
Q: Do my WOOP Points expire?
We want you to enjoy being a WOOPer by regularly logging into your account. However if you fail to log in even once within 120 days, despite having journeys and missions to do, WOOP has the right to forfeit/cancel your points. However, we will send you an email before doing so.
D. Your Account and Password
Q: Why are you capturing my profile information? Why do you need it?
Q: What should I do if I forget my password?
Click on “Log in” on the top right of the Homepage and then Click “Forgot password?" at the bottom of the “Log in” panel.
Fill in your registered email address and the captcha code, then you’ll receive an email with the instructions to reset your password.
Note: If you’ve registered through your Facebook account, you will need to log in through your Facebook account.
Q: How do I change my password?
Log in and click on the side menu on the top right corner.
Select "Profile", then click on "Password".
Fill in your old and new passwords.
Note: This is only applicable to those who have registered using an email address (and not for those who registered via Facebook).
Q: How do I sign in if I created an account via Facebook?
If you registered via Facebook, you can only log in to your account by clicking the “Log In with Facebook” button.
Q: How can I change my password if I created an account via Facebook?
Your account password is linked to your Facebook account password. Any changes on your Facebook password will be automatically updated on WOOP.
