Charity Partnerships

WOOP gets paid by brands based on the missions and points earned by you. From this money, we have allocated 1 school hour for Orang Asli children, via our charity partner SUKA Society, for every 500 points earned by you.

No, you don't have to give up your points and rewards to help others. Your points are automatically converted into Malaysian Ringgit for the charity. This is the beauty of WOOP platform.

No, you do not need to contribute any money. Just earn points by doing missions on brands you like and WOOP will automatically turn your points to donation funds for the charity at the rate of 500 points = 1 school hour (RM0.60). Doing good was never easier.

WOOP has already funded 14,400 school hours for Orang Asli children, via the charity SUKA Society. This fund supports the education of 20 children for 6 hours a day, 20 days a month for 3 months. The fund also covers the cost of the teacher, teaching assistant and school expenses. In 2021, through the action of completing missions on WOOP, we aim to create another 28,800 school hours. Remember, every 500 points by you creates 1 school hour for them!

Firstly, we aim to work with charities who are making an impact locally. Secondly, being a women-focused community we work with charities focused in the areas of female empowerment or helping children. Some examples of such charities are Food Aid, Make a Wish Foundation, and the Breast Cancer Foundation. We are currently supporting SUKA Society, a local charity that provides education for Orang Asli children so that they can break free from the vicious cycle of poverty, become self-sustainable as they grow up and have better opportunities in life.

Ideally, we would like to have a long-term partnership with one charity partner to have a big impact on their good work. Currently we tend to choose one charity per yearly quarter based on a poll done within the WOOP community, and the willingness of the charity organisation to partner with us.

We will donate to the chosen charity every quarter.

All Woopers will be informed via email and WOOP social channels about the date and amount of donation made to the chosen charity.

As you are not donating any cash, no tax exemption is due.
